To unlock the full power of your network, connect your LinkedIn account to getIntro — and make sure your teammates do too. The more team members who connect, the more valuable and searchable your collective network becomes.

You’ll be prompted to connect your LinkedIn account during onboarding. If you skipped that step, you can connect anytime in the app in two ways:

Option 1: One-Click Connect

• After you log in, navigate to Settings > Connect LinkedIn Account

• Sign in with your LinkedIn credentials.
• If you don’t know your LinkedIn password or sign in via Google, Reset your password here.

• Once connected, your network becomes instantly searchable by your team.

Option 2: Upload your LinkedIn Connections Data File

• To request an export of your LinkedIn connection data, navigate to: https://www.linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/download-my-data
• Select “Download larger data archive…”

• LinkedIn will email you a link to your data file in about 15 minutes

• Wait 15 minutes. Then click on “Download your data” in the email from LinkedIn. If you don’t receive the email, you can also download the data directly from the page at this URL: https://www.linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/download-my-data
